Ben's Experience

I was born in Peterborough and have lived here my entire life. I have always had an interest working in law which led me to attending Sir Sandford Fleming for the Paralegal program. After completing the program I worked as a legal receptionist.

What do you enjoy about your job?

I enjoy the chance to always be able to grow and learn new skills. I also enjoy building good relationships and meeting new clients. It is a wonderful feeling when you are able to help someone in need.

What is something interesting about you that you'd like your clients to know?

Something that our clients may find interesting is I enjoy spending time outside, going to restaurants and patios in Peterborough, and traveling.

What is your goal when a client comes to see you?

My goal would be for the client to have complete understanding of the services we provide and to have every request fulfilled to my best potential. Customer service is an important value to me, as I treat people the way I would wish to be treated.

Fun Fact

I am an avid skier during the winters. I try my best to find new place to travel to every year.
